Beadelicious is a family business with one aim - to provide high quality jewellery making components and equipment with a top notch service to match. We have grown in a very organic way and our customers are always at the heart of what we do and how we do it. As we are always adding to our stock and keeping up with current trends so it is impossible to keep a printed catalogue up to date but please refer to our website for information on our beads. We have tried very hard to ensure that all our photographs are as accurate as possible and also include size information on the beads.

Buying From Beadelicious
Please browse our website and add any items you would like to purchase to your shopping basket by clicking the 'Add to Basket' button next to the selected item. This will add the item and take you directly to your 'Shopping Basket' - her you can either checkout of click the 'Continue Shopping' button.  Once you have finished shopping click the 'Proceed to Checkout' button at the bottom of the page which will take you to our shopping cart facility at Paypal, where you can pay securely either via your Paypal account or by credit or debit card. Paypal uses 128-bit SSL and powerful encryption so you can shop securely and Paypal does not share any of your card/banking information with Beadelicious.

Postage and Packing
Postage and packing is just £1.50 on all UK orders and 2.50 for Ireland and Isle of Mann . All orders will be posted out within 24 hours of receipt using Royal Mail. If there is likely to be any delay on delivery we will contact you immediately. We endeavour to package all items up so that they reach you in perfect condition. Once you have paid for your items at checkout you will receive a receipt from Paypal and an email from Beadelicious confirming dispatch.

Beadelicious are proud of the quality of our products and the service we provide. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we will be happy to offer you a prompt exchange or refund. Under the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after the day of receipt of the goods without giving a reason. If your order has been confirmed, but has not yet been dispatched, you can change or cancel your order by e-mailing us at [email protected] or by telephoning us on 07977 584778. If your order has been despatched, you will also need to return the cancelled item(s) at your own expense to our returns address given below. We will refund the order or relevant part of it, including the original delivery charge to you if the whole order is returned, as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days of cancellation.

Refunds can only be given on items received by us. We therefore recommend using a form of recorded postage when returning items. They must be in an original unused and unopened condition as supplied and you must keep a proof of posting. All our goods are checked before despatch and are therefore double checked on their return. A refund or replacement will be issued on receipt of the original goods. Please contact us first if you need to make a return and include your name & address in the package so it can be matched up with your order.
